This notice describes cookies, browser storage, and tracking used by Pacifica Studio LLC at pacifica.studio. Analytics and advertising are active by default. Dismiss only hides the informational banner; it does not give consent, disable tracking, or stop server advertising transfers.

1. Preferences and booking storage
theme-mode: local storage for the selected light or dark theme, with no automatic expiry in the site code. Choosing the automatic theme removes the saved theme preference.
pacifica.booking.packageId: session storage carrying your selected package to booking. The booking page consumes and removes the value; session storage is also limited to the browser page session.
pacifica-cookie-notice-dismissed-v1: local storage containing a dismissal marker, with no automatic expiry in the site code. It remembers that the banner was hidden, not consent or a tracking preference.
2. Advertising attribution storage
pacifica-conversion-context-v1: local storage containing advertising click IDs, campaign parameters, referral information, and lead or purchase context. It can include names, email addresses, and phone numbers after an inquiry or booking interaction. There is no automatic expiry in the site code.
The attribution code reads Meta cookies _fbc and _fbp when present, and can construct an attribution identifier from a Facebook click ID. Cookie creation and expiry depend on the advertising provider and configuration.
3. Providers and embedded services
The site loads Google Tag Manager. Google advertising scripts, Meta Pixel scripts, and Cloudflare traffic-measurement scripts have been observed on the published site. They may collect page views, device and network information, identifiers, and conversion events, and use cookies or similar technologies.
Embedded Google Maps, Acuity Scheduling, and Square payment interfaces can contact their providers and use storage when loaded or used. Cookie names and lifetimes vary with provider settings and browser restrictions; this notice does not assert fixed lifetimes for provider-controlled cookies.
4. Server advertising transfers
Booking-related integrations can send hashed contact identifiers and conversion details to Google Ads and Meta, and use customer information for Google Ads audience matching. These transfers do not rely solely on browser cookies. Blocking cookies or dismissing the banner does not itself stop them.
5. Browser controls and privacy questions
Your browser may let you inspect, block, or clear cookies and site storage. Restrictions may affect saved preferences and booking handoffs, and do not necessarily prevent every provider request or server transfer.
The banner has no tracking preference control. The site does not currently implement a site-wide DNT or GPC opt-out. Read the Privacy Policy or email [email protected] for questions or privacy requests.
