2) Stay present while we photograph

During the event, we capture candid interactions, room energy, decor details, and key social moments. When timing works, we guide quick portrait groupings with minimal interruption so the flow of your celebration stays intact.

3) Receive and use your photos

You receive a private online gallery with all usable images from your coverage window. Final selections are delivered in high resolution, ready for sharing, albums, thank-you cards, and keepsake prints.

Travel Fee First 15 miles from our studio are free. Mileage is billed roundtrip (out and back to the studio) at $4 per mile beyond that.

I am Kate Zotova, owner of Pacifica Studio and your party photographer for the entire process. My approach is calm and observational, with short, practical direction when portraits are needed.

Before your event, we align on timeline, priority moments, and family or guest groupings. During coverage, I move quickly between candid party photography and fast portrait sets so your guests stay in the moment.
